The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 56 East 126th Street (Block 1750/Lot 45), 209 West 111th Street (Block 1827/Lot 25), 143 West 123rd Street (Block 1908/Lot 13), 110 West 127th Street (Block 1911/Lot 39), Manhattan, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 287; 20075086 HAM).
