The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 15-17, 15-19, 15-21 119th Street, 119-05 18th Avenue (Block 4073/Lot 41), and 119-01 18th Avenue (Block 4073/Lot 43), Queens, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 319; 20075123 HAQ).
