Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at Guy Brewer Boulevard, 164th, 165th and 166th Streets between 107th and 108th Avenues (Block 10166/Lots 10, 11, 58, 59 and 60; Block 10167/Lots 20, 21, 35, 38, 39, 41, 50 and 51; Block 10168/Lot 20; and Block 10169/Lots 1, 8, 23 and 94); Queens, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 38; 20025134 HAQ).
