The text of the resolution should be:

Resolution approving an Urban Development Action Area Project located at 64 West 116th Street (Block 1599/Lot 67), 66 West 116th Street (Block 1599/Lot 68), 104 Lenox Avenue (Block 1599/Lot 03), and 111 Lenox Avenue (Block 1825/Lot 33), Manhattan, and waiving the urban development action area designation requirement and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, pursuant to Sections 693 and 694 of the General Municipal Law (L.U. No. 936; 20015127 HAM).
